I have to say in all the years I have been using trainers, I have never had anyone like Jonathan who trains you like you are an athlete getting ready to compete. "Started to work with Jonathan in January. We have 5 classes a week, 3 weightlifting and 2 fighting/MMA classes. I've never been fit before and 100 lbs overweight. Now, beginning of March.
